2 Hour Private Party

We’re excited to host your event at our property, located in our front yard. Currently, we are in the process of constructing a building, with an estimated completion date of July. Please note that while the construction is ongoing, our house will be off-limits during your event. Rest assured, we will respect your privacy, and our team will not interfere during your party time. A dedicated host will be available to ensure everything runs smoothly, and they will introduce themselves upon your arrival. If you notice any issues (e.g., water flow or other concerns), please reach out to the host right away.

Special Notes:

• You are welcome to drop off items such as cakes or ice cream, and the host will store them inside the house until you are ready to use them.
• Restroom: A portable toilet provided by 42 Environmental will be available.
• Changing Room: We are in the process of setting up a designated changing area for guests.
• Food Options: Grilling is permitted, or pizza can be ordered for delivery.

Party Package:

• Duration: 2 hours
• Cost: $350
• Deposit: $50 non-refundable deposit (unless weather conditions cause a cancellation)
• Guest Count: Unlimited guests
• Parking: Parking will be available in the driveway near the old house area, as we will be using the other driveway for this year’s events.

Additional Information:

• We can provide the above-mentioned items, but please bring your own plates, napkins, forks, spoons, knives, charcoal, lighter fluid, tablecloths, tape, and grilling utensils. If you need additional items (such as extra tables or chairs), please let us know in advance.
